| Company Overview |
| CT Electronics Limited (CTE) was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2006 as an operational subsidiary of Convergence Technologies Limited, which was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1999. Using the portfolio of technologies belonging to Convergence, the company designs, manufactures and sells proprietary electronics-cooling products with leadership-class performance, cost and form-factor advantages. Thus, to the extent these products alleviate the heat dissipation constraint, they unleash the power of electronics to continue its growth through further integration. |
Company’s Mission:
Design, produce and sell proprietary cooling solutions that can enable “further integration of electronics.” |

| |
| How It Began |
The Founder, Dr. Steven Lee, had a cooling technology vision that could disrupt a large number of industries including: Electronics cooling, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration & Freezing |
On April of 1999, Convergence Technologies Limited (CTL) was incorporated to develop this technology, and Dr. Lee pulled together a team of 15 part-time volunteers to start initial R& D and set the ground-work for fund-raising |
On September 8, 2001, Fund-raising was nearing completion when Dr. Lee was in NYC closing-up last-minute discussions with friends/potential-investors working in the world trade center vicinity. The final reply over the phone never came as it was scheduled for September 11, 2001. |
On December of 2001, Dr. Lee obtained a 2 million HKD grant/loan from the HK Government and with matching funds from his personal savings and those of his friends-and-family, started formal operations with a full-time team of 2. |
On June 2004, at the same time that funds became depleted, technology development stalled due to limitations in physics. Dr. Lee led the team to uncover new scientific principles and continued operations by liquidating his remaining asset, which were his children’s educational funds. |
On June 2005, one prototype of the Multiwick technology was finally completed, and Dr. Lee promptly stopped all operations to preserve his remaining 10k USD for fund-raising. |
On August 2005, Dr. Lee turned-down an acquisition offer and continued fund-raising until April 2006 when he successfully brought in a round Angels’ funding. |
On April 2006, CT Electronics was formed for the purpose of commercialization in the Electronics Cooling industry. |

Steven H. Lee, Ph.D
Founder, Chairman & CEO |
| Dr. Steven Lee has had a distinguished background in mechanical engineering, academia, service and research in both Hong Kong and the United States. Having been a faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology since 1993, Dr. Lee resigned his tenured post in 2006 to assume the position of Chairman & CEO of CT Electronics Limited, a company incorporated with the mission of delivering innovative, proprietary cooling products to the electronics industry. |
| Originally from Hong Kong, Dr. Lee immigrated to the United States and became a U.S. citizen in his youth, at about the time he received the prestigious Westinghouse Award (now known as the Intel Science Talent Search Award). Dr. Lee entered the top-rated engineering school of Cooper Union on full scholarship, and was the second student in the school’s 150-year history to complete a double-engineering undergraduate program. He subsequently obtained his Masters and Doctoral degrees at Rutgers University in mechanical engineering. |
| In 1997, Dr. Lee started his own consultancy practice to service a local electronic assembly company, and contributed to the success of products for several major companies, including Motorola, HP, Sony, Intel, ST Electronics, VLSI, and Broadcom. This consultancy service was to become the beginning of his 10-year long effort to cultivate, build, lead and persevere, which in 1999 culminated into the founding of Convergence Technologies Limited to realize Dr. Lee’s vision for a new leadership-class cooling technology. Convergence was to become the holding structure for CT Electronics. |

Nelson C. Fan
Co-Founder, President & COO |
| Nelson has a strong track record in process development and management. After joining ASAT Limited (Nasdaq: ASTT) in 1993 as an engineer, Nelson was quickly promoted to the positions of manager in 1995, Vice-President in 2000 and General Manager in 2004, where he stayed until his resignation in 2006 to join CT Electronics. Besides being a skilled manager, Nelson has also been credited with the co-invention of over 20 key patents, with the most notable being the QFN invention, which reached a global volume exceeding 20 . |
| Billion units per year. A native of Hong Kong, Nelson received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In 1997, Nelson met and worked with Dr. Lee during the latter’s consultancy service at ASAT, and this was to be the beginning of a decade-long working relationship. |
